“Goodbye Crackernight” – Book Launch a Hoot.
On Saturday night, 26th of September 2009, the launch for my new book Goodbye Crackernight at the Surry Hills Library went off really well. My thanks to Saint Cyril, Patron Saint of Getting What You Want After a Very Long Time. Thanks also to everyone at the Surry Hills Library, especially to Nina Bullock, Programs Co-ordinator of the City of Sydney Council.
See pics below…
Thanks to Amy Miller of Amy Miller Public Relations for her introduction speech and for officially ‘launching’ the book. A special thanks also to Ruth Ross, book seller on the night.
It was an excellent event. Nina Bullock and all in her charge at the Surry Hills Library should be given a medal by their employers at the City of Sydney Council. Or at least a half day off…
Once again, thanks to Saint Cyril.
Oh, and to the Lord Mayor of Sydney, Clover Moore, whose Council made this event happen.
Is there a Saint Clover?
